Pete quit his full-time job at the age of 33 having achieved financial freedom through investing in shares, index funds and investment properties.

In our second episode with Pete, Cate discusses broader global economic indicators with Pete and explores the correlation with our Australian property market. From China to Trump, COVID to credit, the pair turn over a few stones to uncover Pete’s thoughts on our future market outlook. Pete’s willingness to talk about, well… just about anything you ask him is refreshing and sometimes enchanting…. and every now and then, amusing.

Pete has published several books, ranging from investor guides to teaching our children about wealth. He is a regular public speaker and appears in the media often.

Pete’s voracious appetite for writing is borne from a desire to share his observations on all things property, money and embracing the life that you wish to live.

He came to Australia for the cricket initially, but has put his name on our property and financial markets. This second of two interviews delves into Pete’s understanding of global markets, some of the correlations between international headlines and our Australian property market, and what he envisions for our market going forward.
